Lea Walker-Clark, M.A., M.Div
As the Founder, President, and CEO of No More, No Más, Inc. (NMNM), Rev. Lea Walker-Clark is dedicated to helping women, children and their families improve their quality of life, restoring peace when domestic violence and/or substance abuse is present, and sustaining their power of recovery in key areas of life.
She has many years of experience in counseling families and individuals which has helped Rev. Walker-Clark to see remedying the issue of domestic and interpersonal violence as her God-given vocation.
Her goal is to make a way for clergy and spiritual leadership to become proactive in their advocacy for victims of family and intimate partner violence against its traumatic consequences.
José A. Rivera, J.D.
José A. Rivera, J.D., Treasurer for NMNM, is President and CEO of Rivera, Sierra, & Company, Inc. (RSC), a management consulting firm specializing in providing training and technical assistance in all areas of health and human services. He has served as Project Director for the Healthy Start Domestic Violence Technical Assistance Project (for ACF), and the Women, Children & Families Task Force (for HRSA) to name a few.
He has a nationally acclaimed reputation for creating a new empowerment model for both understanding and harnessing the energy of women who overcame addiction, domestic violence, and other adversities by channeling their developed resiliency skills into positive lifestyle changes.
Mr. Rivera is the creator of the Staircase Excellence, a new approach to helping people who overcome adversities to achieve personal excellence. He is a survivor of parental child abuse and sexual abuse while forcibly placed in boarding school.
Tyra clark, B.S.S.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Tyra Clark compassionately and strategically directs and coordinates volunteer recruitment and training. She facilitates nonprofit organizational development and drives brand development by overseeing and strengthening No More, No Más’s content marketing via photography, short film, and print.
Ms. Clark is the Program Director and Film Producer of the Austin Metro Drug-Free Coalition Media Project. The Media Project is one of the 12 community sectors that make up The Austin Metro Drug-Free Coalition.
The NMNM team works closely with substance abuse rehabilitation, domestic violence shelters, law enforcement and the faith-based community to provide victims and their families resource information regarding their rights, needs follow-up, education and counseling seminars, training, conferences and support services.
